Well here I am once again going to do Weight Watchers with a goal of losing 12.5 pounds.  Yes I have a lot more weight to lose than that but I will take this one step at a time.  I want to use this blog to plan my meals, post what I eat, post new food finds, post recipes, post links to my favorite blogs and recipe site and probably many more things. I also am wearing a fitbit to track my exercise.  I have the fitbit  ultra and I don't think they make that anymore but it is a lot like the fitbit one.  Thanks for reading.  Hope to have more to come later.
